This service is available for all Diana Tours clients when arriving in Puerto Vallarta. A VIP Representative will be waiting by the luggage claim and will also meet you again once you pass customs to escort you to your driver.

 

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION PRIOR TO REQUESTING YOUR PICKUP

Before luggage pick up, you will see the VIP representatives. They should have a sign with your name on it. A representative will be waiting for you after you have collected your luggage and passed through customs.

There will be a long hallway of time-share people fighting for your attention. Ignore them and keep walking!

Your representative will be standing just outside of the automatic double glass doors, if they are not there just go to the VIP counter and say you booked through Diana Tours. They will take you to their lounge and get you safely into your car or van without a timeshare presentation!

Once inside your car, you will pay at the booth if paying in cash. If paying with a credit card payment will be made at the VIP Services Desk.

BE AWARE OF THE SHARK TANK: Again, it will be a sea of people shouting for your attention. Be alert and firm, only go with the VIP person with your name.

If, you are arriving with a DOMESTIC FLIGHT, also go to the VIP SERVICE OFFICE for your transportation service.
