Refund, Payment & Cancellation Policy

 

Full Payment will be made online at the time of booking a Diana’ Boat Tour. We are currently using STRIPE payment platform for the 2021-2022 season to give it a try.

In the event of pandemic, weather or last min cancellations that Diana’s Boat Tour has to cancel with out notice, we will be offering credits and those will be good for up to 2 years. Reach out to us for more information, and we will rebook your tour.

If you need to cancel your tour, it must be 48 hours notice for a partial refund on the payment, we have to hold back a cancelation fee that Stipe charges us, its around 120 pesos per ticket. You will go online 48 hours prior to your tour and make changes to your booking, after that, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds. Last min emails or texts for refunds will not be accepted. YOU NEED TO GO ONLINE AND MAKE THE CHANGES 48 HOURS BEFORE THE TOUR DATE.

Booking Errors - You Chose the Wrong Date and now you cant make it. If you require a full refund you will be charged a fee, unfortunately STRIPE charges it, the fee is $120 pesos per ticket. Sorry. We would be happy to rebook you and of course there will be no fee, but you must let us know your new date ASAP as our tours are selling fast, and we are looking forward to cruising with you!
