Hire by the day, week or weekend or longer to shop, cook and care for all your culinary needs. Enjoy wonderful meals in your place cooked and served by our wonderful private chef, Vincent. Everything is taken care of. All clearing and cleaning is done before we leave. Any excess food is packed and stored in the fridge an easy snack the following day.

Vincent Lagneau is a professional Private Chef originally from Marseille, the South of France. He served as a personal private chef for 10 years in St. Barth's in the Caribbean. For the past four years, Vincent has been living and working in Puerto Vallarta. A successful restaurateur and chef, his food is such a flavorful blend of world cuisine.
Once he is hired, he assumes responsibility for all of the meal preparation and stocking of the kitchen including shopping for the groceries. He is highly knowledgeable of different types of menus and has the ability to accommodate special dietary needs if essential. He is also experienced in the organization and operation of the kitchen and the presentation and serving of the food. If needed, he is happy to assist with or oversee special functions or events.
Fees for a Private Chef?
Salary for a Private Chef is based on one or two meals per day and includes up to 6 people. The price per day is USD$50.00. If your group is larger, it will be an additional $10.00 per person.
Additional Fees?
- All food and alcohol costs are separate, receipts provided
- USD$15.00 for shopping and transportation
